2021 'Vaulted Cellar' Shiraz

Big and bold territory here. Chunky scents of Xmas pudding, dark berries, ripe plum, toasty oak and clove. Similar to taste with a thick set, warm and rich feel, touches of fig and date in the mix, grippy/gritty tannins, some heat also and a malt-like breathiness to finish. A bit rugged in some respects, but the depth and concentration is impressive.
