Crafted to honour the 75th Anniversary of Saint Ignatius' College Adelaide, this limited-edition Cabernet Sauvignon crafted by Sevenhill Cellars celebrate our long tradition of faith in action.

All proceeds from these wines are directed back to Saint Ignatius' College Adelaide

Ripe blackcurrant notes with lifted aromas of dark chocolate, hints of dried mint and earthy spice. Soft, coating tannins give a velvet mouthfeel with flavours of aniseed, thyme and black olive.
