2023 'Vaulted Cellar' Shiraz

A poised and expressive wine, showcasing the elegance and restraint of a cooler Clare Valley vintage. Medium-bodied, the wine is finely structured, with a core of dark blue and black fruits, spice and cured meats on the nose. On the palate, the fruit is juicy and rounded, giving the wine good depth and mouth-feel. A peppery, floral edge brings elegance that is complimented by fine, graphite tannins.
