Crafted to honour the 75th Anniversary of Jesuit Mission Australia, this limited-edition Riesling created by Sevenhill Cellars celebrate our long tradition of faith in action. Since 1951, Jesuit Mission has partnered with Jesuit networks around the world to deliver community-led sustainable programs and emergency support to uplift vulnerable communities.

All proceeds from these wines are directed back to Jesuit Mission Australia to support vulnerable communities.

Opens with aromas of crisp green apple, fresh-squeezed lemon and delicate florals. The palate is fresh and zippy, with bright citrus energy. Hints of lemon curd, sherbert and silky lemon verbena add subtle depth and texture. The finish is distinctly linear, carrying a slate-like minerality. A fine talc edge lingers, leaving the wine clean, focused and effortlessly refreshing.
