A refined Clare Valley Cabernet capturing the mild vintage conditions perfectly. Loaded with ripe blackberry and dark plum aromas laced with a little dark chocolate. There are traces of dried herbs adding further character. The palate is generous and plush with fine tannins in support. A wine that is both poised and focussed.

Clare is renowned for cabernet and even modest offerings such as this are good value, specially if you let them breathe for a good couple of hours or overnight in a closed bottle. But who can wait that long?
