From the Adelaide Hills, this fresh style of Pinot Gris has seen no oak. The colour is a very patriotic green/gold. The nose offers spices, pears, florals, a whiff of orange rind and a slight chalky background. There is good length here, exemplary balance and fresh acidity, plus an attractive texture and a lovely, lingering finish. A fine local Pinot Gris to drink now and for the next three to four years.
