2X 2022 Thatch and Clay Touriga

Generous appearance showing medium depth red with a youthful purple hue. Lifted, perfumed aromas of rose water confection, black tea spice, hints of liquorish and wild berries. The palate is light to medium bodied, a core of vibrant cherry plum fruit and a silky length. The fruit flavours linger well, the acidity perfectly balanced and the tannins just enough to provide the necessary structure for ageing.

2x 2020 St Ignatius Cabernet Blend

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc

The aroma opens with a deep floral scented mulberry and blueberry fruits. Multi layered with notes of bark spices, lavender, rosehip and cocoa butter. The palate is medium bodied, fine but very complete, textured and silky smooth. A wine of beautiful balance and poise.

An attractive aroma of blackberries and dark cherry, roasted cashews, coffee beans and a deep core of ironstone and licorice. A complex and layered aromatic profile. The palate has a lovely weight, with fine graphite tannins and a deep core of black fruit.
