Abundant aromas of red currants, sarsaparilla, dark chocolate and sweet spice. The palate offers graceful complexity, with vibrant fruit and silky tannins. Full bodied with generous fruits, this Shiraz is wonderfully balanced with an elegant acidity. A very approachable wine, but with the fruit weight and depth to see it age gracefully

2x 2021 Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

Shows a wonderful depth of aroma; ripe forest fruits, blackberry, plum, floral violet, dried sage and oregano at the edges. The palate is medium bodied with very fine, silky tannins presenting a well balanced wine that appears poised for graceful ageing.

2x 2022 Inigo Malbec

Deep red with bright purple hues. The aroma shows complex dark fruits, blueberry and some floral violet lift. A touch of shortbread and toasted oak. The palate is full bodied with a core of sweet fruit, fine tannins that build the length and a clean finish.
