The 2018 St Ignatius is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (26%), Malbec (14%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Made from Sevenhill's estate grown fruit, it is marked by aromas of violets, bramble and cigar box, along with bright red berry flavours. It's intense varietal characters seamlessly integrate with the premium French oak. 

1x Bottle 2019 St Ignatius

The 2019 is Cabernet Sauvignon (52%), Merlot (28%), Malbec (14%) and Cabernet Franc (6%).  From the best parcels of Sevenhill fruit, the 2019 iteration has deep and layered aromas of blackcurrant and cassis, swirls of mint, dried oregano, blueberry, and juniper. The palate is luxurious. Plump sweet black fruits are wrapped in velvet tannins. Balanced and poised and ready for a long future.
